Dr. Joanne Siebel
I'm a medical doctor with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of health, work, and organizations. I trained at the University of Leiden and have spent my career in Sint Maarten working with employers, insurers, and institutions — first as an occupational health physician, and increasingly as a strategic advisor.
I completed the Managing Healthcare Delivery program at Harvard Business School, which sharpened my focus on the leadership and systems questions that sit behind most organizational health challenges.
I now work independently, advising on leadership development, organizational culture, and process transformation — while continuing to provide medical advisory services for insurers as an AMA-certified impairment rater (6th edition).
I'm based in Sint Maarten and work with clients across the Caribbean and beyond.
