Every engagement starts with a conversation. Consulting work is scoped individually — the right structure depends on what you're trying to solve, your timeline, and the size of your organization.

I work on a project basis for defined consulting engagements, and on a day or half-day rate for advisory, workshops, and facilitated sessions.

For independent medical advisory and impairment assessments, a fixed rate per report applies. Rates are available on request.
